Associate Staff Engineer (Adobe Campaign Adobe Real-Time CDP)

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Campaign Classic with GCP and ETL solution
  • Strong understanding of customer data management, data modeling, and data governance principles
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining large-scale data ETL projects
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in developing services using various resources of GCP (Cloud Run, PubSub, Load Balancer, etc.)
  • Experience in log/issue analysis using Cloud Logging
  • Intermediate or higher level of Python development skills
  • Ability to analyze written Python programs
  • Ability to develop APIs using various Python libraries
  • Understanding of Airflow and ability to rework/analyze errors
  • Experience in writing Airflow DAGs (using Airflow Operator)
  • Experience in using Airflow UI
  • Experience in analyzing Airflow task execution logs and reworking them.
  • Experience in using BigQuery
  • Understanding of the characteristics and operation principles of BigQuery
  • Ability to analyze SQL statements and identify issues.
  • Adobe Certified Expert in Campaign Classic and/or Real-Time CDP is a plus
  • Migration from Adobe Campaign Classic from v7 to v8 will be added advantage
  • Implement IP warming strategies to ensure optimal email deliverability and reduce spam filters will be added advantage

Responsibilities:

 

  • Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them into technical design which elegantly meets the requirements.
  • Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers.
  • Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the client’s requirements.
  • Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
  • Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers
  • Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed.
  • Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
