Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, functional, and sales positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing candidates.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide guidance, and align on hiring strategies and timelines.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing.
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Provide market insights, talent availability data, and compensation guidance to support hiring decisions.
  • Influence and manage hiring manager expectations through clear communication and data-driven recommendations.
  • Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, hiring standards, and applicable regulations.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, supporting technical, functional, and sales roles.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Strong understanding of diverse role profiles and ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with and advising hiring managers.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and similar platforms.
