Associate Software Engineer - Open Stack (Recruitment Drive)

• We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Associate Software Engineers to join our Open Stack team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to real-world projects.
  
  Responsibilities:
  Develop, maintain, and optimize web and mobile applications across multiple stacks.
• Apply core CS concepts including OOP, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns to build scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and improve features.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and code efficiency.
• Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Continuously learn and implement new technologies to improve product quality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to break down complex problems and find effective solutions.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with software development best practices.
• Exposure to the following technology stack is preferred:
• Node.js
