We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Associate Software Engineer to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for a B.Tech graduate who is passionate about programming, problem-solving, and learning new technologies. You will work closely with experienced engineers and clients to develop, test, and support software solutions in a collaborative remote environment.
Assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using C, C++, and Java
Apply algorithmic thinking and logical problem-solving to real-world scenarios
Work with SQL for basic database queries and data handling
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
Prepare basic documentation and reports using MS Word and Excel
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
Interact confidently with internal stakeholders and clients when required
Continuously learn new tools, technologies, and best practices
Education: B.Tech / BE in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline
Strong foundational knowledge of C, C++, Java, and algorithm writing
Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases
Working knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Quick learner with a proactive and positive attitude
Confidence to interact with clients and stakeholders professionally
Exposure to software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts
Basic understanding of OOP concepts and data structures
Internship or academic project experience in software development
