Associate/ Senior Associate, Driver Operations

To ensure the overall success of Driver Operations in respective markets across our global presence

Be the main bridge of effective communications and collaborations between Functional Departments & local Driver Operations

Acquire a deep quantitative & qualitative understanding of local situations, problems, and opportunities

Help markets adopt and apply learnings & standards on already-solved problems

Work with markets to plan, execute and review initiatives in a data-driven way to tackle new problems / opportunities

Document and share data-supported local learnings with other markets

What you'll need:

Degree holder in any disciplines

At least 3 years (s) experience in a fast-moving environment. Experience with e-commerce or delivery platforms will be a plus

Ability to communicate effectively across different regions

Analytical and data-driven, proven success in project management

Curious about facts, able to empathize with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, and willing to dig deep and understanding underlying root causes

Positive, passionate, proactive, self-initiative and attentive to details

Proficiency in written and spoken English

Ability to champion new processes from plan to close

Knowledge on Excel spreadsheets and Tableau is preferred
