We are seeking an Operations Associate who will not back down in the face of challenge, who is ready to try new things and is ready to make history together with the rest of the team at Lalamove. What you'll do
Responsible for inventory control & forecasting, driver materials replenishment and sticker design management.(Delivery dags, stickers, helmets etc)
Analyse driver operation data and design experiments (A/B Testing) to obtain process optimisation
Review the operations flow and improve the efficiency in daily performance (Hub management)
Conduct inventory planning and perform regular stock count for ROW markets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support global projects (Including market expansions, market-specific campaigns etc)
What you'll need:
Degree holder in any disciplines
At least 2 year(s) experience in a fast-moving environment. Candidate with more experience could be considered for Senior Associate
Ability to communicate effectively across different regions
Analytical and data-driven
Curious about facts, able to empathize with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, and willing to dig deep and understanding underlying root causes
Positive, passionate, proactive, self-initiative and attentive to details
Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese
Ability to champion new processes from plan to close
Knowledge on spreadsheets and Tableau is preferred
Procurement/inventory management experience would be an advantage
