About the role

Salesforce is a core ‘engine’ for our go-to-market teams. In this role, you’ll help keep that engine reliable and scalable—supporting users, protecting data quality, and contributing to improvements that make it easier for teams to sell, serve and report effectively. Expect a steep learning curve, plenty of support, and the chance to build specialist Salesforce administration experience from the inside out.

Reporting to: Senior GTM Systems Administrator (GTM Optimisation).

Type: Full time

What you will be doing

  • Administer and configure Salesforce, including users, permissions, flows, fields, page layouts, record types, dashboards and reports.
  • Provide day-to-day Salesforce support, troubleshoot issues, and help manage the GTM Ops service desk and ticket flow.
  • Maintain high data quality and build reports and dashboards that deliver meaningful insight to teams and leaders.
  • Gather requirements for enhancements and help deliver scalable, user-friendly Salesforce solutions.
  • Support platform releases, change control, sandbox environments and ongoing system maintenance.
  • Work with key integrated tools such as HubSpot, NetSuite/Celigo, Conga, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Microsoft applications.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation, support materials and user guidance.
  • Handle business and customer data responsibly, in line with company policies and security standards.

Requirements

What we're looking for:

  • 1 -2 years hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud focus).
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator (ADM-201).
  • Experience translating requirements into technical solutions and supporting change/governance.
  • Exposure to CRM-stack tools and integration support (where relevant to your environment).
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant) are advantageous.
  • Strong stakeholder management: able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels and communicate clearly.
  • Proactive, responsive, and comfortable in a changing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail in configuration, data quality and documentation.
  • Confident training users and producing clear, usable documentation.
