About the role:

Within Euromonitor our Associate Research Analysts play a pivotal role at the forefront of our market research. As an analyst you'll leverage big data, key secondary sources and core research methods to build and validate numbers in a standardized, transparent and efficient way - culminating in client satisfaction via industry leading research reports, insights and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and refine public and internal data to support market estimates and insights
  • Build company and brand profiles to inform global and regional data models
  • Collaborate with forecasting and research teams to validate and adapt data models
  • Manage and commission in-country analysts for targeted primary research
  • Conduct quality checks, data cleaning, and ensure accuracy across datasets
  • Present and explain research methodologies to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Work cross-functionally with teams to integrate big data and local insights

Requirements

Skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Curiosity with a passion for learning, problem-solving, and making a difference combined with flexibility, the ability to embrace diversity and be adaptable to change.
  • Analytical with strong problem-solving skills, process oriented and quick learner.
  • Excellent communicator with good listening skills and an openness to new ideas.
  • Team player with a collaborative and transparent approach, capable of working in a global environment.
  • Proficiency in English (with other languages an advantage), combined with a high level of numeracy and the confidence to engage trade sources for additional insights.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel, with experience of tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

Monthly Gross Salary for this role is between: 2,000 - 2,200 Euros / Month.
