Report and write engaging stories for CNBC.com based on financial commentary and interviews, bridging between digital media and traditional television.

This is a full-time, staff position at CNBC headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. We're looking for a detail-oriented, self-starter to work across digital and television teams.

This Associate Reporter reports and writes stories for CNBC.com based on Jim Cramer's stock market commentary and CEO interviews on "Mad Money," with the opportunity to write broader investing and markets stories. This role serves as an important bridge between "Mad Money," which just celebrated its 20-year anniversary, and the CNBC Investing Club, our flagship subscription platform.

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000 with OT eligibility

Qualifications: 

  • At least one year of business reporting experience
  • Bachelor's degree and working knowledge of how Wall Street works
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadline pressure
  • Solid writing and verbal communication skills, and an ability to work independently and with a team
