We are now looking for an Associate Recruiter to join the team and be influential in scaling our sales teams in multiple global regions. What you’ll achieve at Web Summit:
  • You’ll work the full cycle recruitment process for a variety of teams(mainly commercial) across the business, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • You'll work closely with the CCO and Sales SVPs, to scale our sales teams globally.
  • You’ll collaborate with hiring managers and their teams to deliver a seamless recruitment process.
  • You’ll work closely with the internal recruitment team and HR to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes - generating ideas and suggesting improvements.
  • You’ll manage a complex and busy recruitment schedule, utilising our ATS, Slack, and others.
  • You’ll source active and passive candidates through relevant networks, online databases, employee referrals, networking and research.
  • You'll support the recruitment team in ad-hoc hires across the business, including operations, live events, engineering, marketing, etc.
  • Skills we like:
  • Exceptional problem-solving, planning and communication skills as well as the ability to engage any audience.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in talent acquisition and development of sourcing strategy preferably within a tech sector.
  • Ability to understand the long-term “big picture” and short-term perspectives of situations adjusting to moving deadlines and priorities.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Must be adaptable to moving business needs, and the asks the business places on the recruitment team. 
  • Comfortable dealing with internal stakeholders, and deep diving into team needs, which will help build out the ideal candidate profile.
  • Experience hiring sales candidates a big plus
