About The Role:
We’re on the look out for a super talented Data Driven Associate Product Marketing Manager who can support our Customer Upgrades program & Digital Solutions product portfolio.
Customer Upgrades Program
You will be the Product Marketing lead to help support the Customer Upgrades team as they transition existing customers onto our new software platform, Esendex Connect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Upgrades Team in effectively conveying the value proposition of our new software platform, tailoring it to resonate with our audience and elaborating on how our solutions address their specific challenges. Developing and implementing positioning and messaging strategies that resonate with buyers/users and empowers our sales channels to ensure migration success.
- Work with the Upgrades Team in the Creation of enablement materials to support internal teams and customers during the transition phase.
Digital Solutions GTM
The second component of your role involves the delivery of our GTM strategy for our Digital Solutions products and services.
You’ll work closely with our Marketing & Sales teams to create innovative programs that stimulate demand, track performance, and leverage data to demonstrate what is effective and what isn't.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Product Marketing lead in the delivery and management of the Digital Solutions Roadmap.
- Execute, measure, and optimise the commercial performance of the Digital Solutions product set.
- Become the expert on our buyers, who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria and map personas for different product sets.
- Act as the voice of our customer in the development of new Digital Solutions products & services.
- Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.
- Develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas.
- Develop a marketing plan for the products you support in conjunction with our marketing team, including key activities and budgets to support the acquisition of new customers.
- Assist the team in the development and launch of new and existing products (across multiple territories)
- Support our Account Managers. Roll out training to equip them with the knowledge they need to confidently talk about and sell our Digital Solutions product portfolio. Develop internal tools and external collateral.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in Product Marketing or a related Marketing role, preferably within the business communications or software development sectors, with exposure to a market-facing role (e.g. delivering presentations to customers)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and engaging content that moves beyond simple features & focuses on business outcomes.
- Data fluency, capable of manipulating data to help uncover insights & ability to track & report on ROI.
- Proven track record of bringing new products to market, including the ability to design and lead go-to-market plans from start to finish.
- Experience working with technical and non-technical teams, coupled with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in researching & analysing competitors to identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation.
- Excellent attention to detail, proof reading and ability to manage customer communications through approval processes.
- Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as Slack and Salesforce.
Desirable:
- An understanding of CPaaS/SaaS models (Communication Platform as a Service) and API technologies would be an advantage but is not essential.
