Position Overview

The Associate Product Marketing Manager supports day-to-day product marketing activities for the clonoSEQ brand, with a primary focus on tactical execution of omnichannel digital marketing initiatives, content development and review, and tracking Marketing and related Training & Development team effectiveness. This role supports digital engagement and communications across multiple channels and contributes to promotional efforts supporting EMR integration initiatives within the MRD organization.

The role will work closely with cross-functional partners—including Sales Training, Digital Health, BioPharma Marketing, Corporate Communications, and Customer Operations—to ensure marketing initiatives are executed accurately, compliantly, and on time in support of brand and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions

  • Support execution of approved promotional strategies for clonoSEQ, with an emphasis on omnichannel digital marketing tactics aligned to brand objectives
  • Develop, update, and manage marketing collateral and digital assets across channels such as email, web, virtual programs, and sales enablement platforms
  • Support marketing initiatives related to EMR integration, including development and maintenance of compliant messaging, materials, and related training efforts
  • Develop subject matter expertise on new digital formats and best practices across all relevant digital and social channels
  • Coordinate review, approval, and implementation of compliant marketing communications in alignment with regulatory and internal requirements
  • Partner with BioPharma Marketing and Corporate Communications teams and other internal teams to support coordinated digital campaigns and customer-facing initiatives
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to execute digital and non-digital marketing deliverables, providing content input and project coordination support
  • Track and report on performance of marketing and digital initiatives, supporting analysis of engagement metrics and campaign effectiveness
  • Contribute to identifying best practices and process improvements related to omnichannel execution and marketing operations
  • Monitor competitive activity, including digital and EMR-related promotional approaches, and share relevant insights with leadership
  • Proactively monitor emerging digital and social trends
  • Effectively manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
  • All other duties as assigned

Position Requirements (Education, Experience, Other)

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of related experience, or master’s degree plus 3 year of related experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working within a scientific field (e.g., pharma, biotech, hematology/oncology, medical device, and/or diagnostics)
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, platforms, or workflows used to support customer engagement and field enablement
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
  • Flexible and proactive approach including a strong personal drive and desire for feedback
  • Strong team player and effective self-starter with a commitment to continuous evaluation of effectiveness
  • Self-motivated, execution-focused, and committed to high-quality, compliant marketing delivery
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • A passion for the healthcare field and the power of technology to improve patient lives
  • Agency-side experience may be applicable

Preferred

  • MBA or scientific graduate-level degree (e.g., MPH, PharmD)
  • Degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
  • Experience supporting digital marketing initiatives in a regulated healthcare environment
  • Exposure to EMR integration, digital health solutions, or healthcare IT–related marketing efforts
  • Exposure to hematology/oncology or immunology therapeutic areas
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors or agencies

Working Conditions

  • Position can be remote, but Seattle-based is preferred
  • May require attendance at meetings scheduled outside of normal working hours, including some nights and weekends
  • Occasional travel (~10%) will be necessary to engage with customers, support business goals, and facilitate team building with a primarily remote/WFH team

Compensation

Salary Range: $101,600 - $152,400

Other compensation elements include:

  • equity grant
  • bonus eligible

Adaptive’s posted compensation information includes a base salary (or hourly rate) range and summary of other available total compensation. The base salary range represents a minimum-to-maximum salary (or hourly rate) available to candidates upon extension of offer. Base salary is thoughtfully considered upon offer and is determined through multiple evaluation checks throughout the interview process, including: a candidate’s ability to meet minimum qualifications (skills/experience/education), a candidate’s ability to thoughtfully address preferred qualifications, current market conditions, and internal pay equity. Listed base salary is exclusive of bonus, commission, equity, differential pay, benefits, and other incentives.
