Associate Product Marketer

Role Overview:

We seek a passionate and result-driven Associate Product Marketer to join our energetic team. The selected candidate will be instrumental in strategizing and executing marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our flagship products, Squareme and Fundr.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, and Affiliate Marketing.
• Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to promote our products and services.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product and marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns, email marketing initiatives, and advertising efforts to drive product awareness and lead generation.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and use insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Conduct A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing tactics.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, and assess against ROI and KPI goals.
• Develop comprehensive performance reports, including analytics dashboards and executive summary commentary.
• Regularly analyze data and metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and market trends.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in the digital marketing landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, particularly in the Fintech sector.
• Proven experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with metrics-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or other analytics software.
