📋 What You’ll Be Doing
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities to guide product development.
- Roadmap & Feature Planning: Assist in defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features to align with customer and business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, marketing, and sales teams to drive product development and successful launches.
- Product Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories and specifications.
- User Acceptance Testing: Conduct UAT and QA to ensure product features meet high standards of quality and functionality.
- Issue Management: Identify and troubleshoot product issues, collaborating with development and support teams for prompt resolution.
- Customer Support: Assist with customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Requirements
🎓 What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1+ years in product management or a related field, preferably in technology or B2B SaaS.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and software development processes.
- Strong analytical skills for conducting market research and prioritizing features.
- Knowledge of product management tools, including Azure Board, Postman, Grafana, MSSQL, PostgreSQL
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for cross-functional teamwork.
- Mindset: Adaptable, Growth oriented, able to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
