Associate Product Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

The Analytics Pod is responsible for the "Insights" in our "Insights-led Engagement" promise. Your mission is to help marketers and product owners answer the question: "What are my users doing, and is my strategy working?" As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a critical role in building features that visualize complex data. This is a role where you will transition from execution to strategy, learning how to build world-class SaaS software along the way.

What will you be doing:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, data analytics, engineering, and design to develop and execute Analytics strategies that drive business growth.
• Conduct research and analysis to understand customer behavior, needs, and preferences, and use that data to create effective Analytics strategies.
• Collaborate with the Data, Segmentation team to develop and maintain customer Analytics models and tools.
• Manage and prioritize feature requests and requirements from stakeholders and ensure that they align with business goals and customer needs.
• Work with the engineering team to ensure that the Analytics tools and features are built and delivered on time and meet the required quality standards.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and use that knowledge to inform product decisions.
• Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs, and use that data to make data-driven decisions about the product roadmap and prioritization.
  
  

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (BE/BTech/etc.) is a must.
• A minimum of 1 year's experience in (any one of) engineering, product management, marketing, or data analysis, with a focus on Analytics.
• Data-driven with proficiency in data querying and analysis in marketing technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Bonus Points (Preferred)

• Experience using analytics tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
• Experience in one or more of the following is a plus: SaaS, Marketing Automation, Data Analytics, and data science.
