Associate Product Manager

Fi is a new age money management app designed to simplify your financial life. With Fi, you can save, pay, invest, or borrow, all in one place. You can track and analyze your expenses across Fi and all your other bank accounts. You can also apply for a credit card, access instant loans, and grow your wealth and more with our range of investment options. At Fi, product is at the heart of everything we do. As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll help shape the future of how people interact with money. You’ll work closely with design, engineering, analytics, and business teams to define problems, identify opportunities, and ship products that make money management simple, intelligent, and even fun. What you’ll do -Partner with senior PMs to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps. -Deep dive into data and user research to identify pain points and opportunities. -Write clear product requirements and collaborate with engineering + design to execute them. -Track adoption, metrics, and feedback to improve features post-launch. -Learn to balance customer needs with business priorities in a fast-paced environment. What we’re looking for -Strong first-principles thinking, curiosity, and problem-solving ability. -Clear communication and structured thinking. -Comfort with numbers and data (basic SQL / analytics skills a plus). -2–4 years of work experience. This is a 5 days work from office role and we are in Broookfield, Bengaluru.
