Coleto Brands, parent Company of Progress Lighting and Kichler, is seeking to fill an Associate Product Manager, Decorative Lighting. The ideal candidate will be the data architect for our decorative lighting portfolios. You will transform raw market data, sales velocity reports, and supply chain metrics into actionable insights that drive the roadmap for Progress Lighting and Kichler. This role is less about picking finishes and more about proving why a specific finish will maximize ROI based on historical performance and market trends.
