Associate Product Manager (B2B SaaS) - Bengaluru

You will manage the end-to-end release process for products and SKUs at Unifize, ensuring each product is commercially ready, fully documented and delivered on time.

Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in product management, product operations or solution delivery in B2B SaaS

• Strong organisational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent releases
• Excellent written communication, with ability to produce clear technical and commercial documentation
• Understanding of pricing, packaging and SKU management in SaaS or configurable platforms
• Detail-oriented, process-driven mindset focused on operational excellence
• Comfortable working cross-functionally across product, design, marketing and sales
• Curious, process-driven and proactive about improving release efficiency and impact

Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end release process for all products and SKUs—from documentation to commercial readiness
• Ensure timely, high-quality product releases as per the roadmap
• Work with design, build and config teams to finalize release specs and documentation
• Prepare and deliver assets for sales, marketing and customer success teams
• Define and manage SKUs across all product configurations
• Create pricing structures, discount policies, and SKU documentation
• Collaborate with Finance and Sales Ops for pricing accuracy and consistency
• Maintain central SKU library and documentation standards
• Develop and maintain technical documents, feature lists and release notes
• Align releases with ICPs and business use cases
• Partner with product, marketing and sales teams to coordinate scope and timelines
• Drive internal training and enablement around product releases
• Refine release workflows and introduce automation for repeatable tasks
• Track and minimise rework through improved QA and documentation standards
