TLDR

Work closely with teams to drive product development, enhance user experiences, and support over 20 million active users of Alodokter's health app with innovative solutions.

Actively involved in user research
Create product specification document
Proactively driving development sprint
Monitor and analyze product metrics
Handling issues & user requests

At least bachelor's degree from top local or overseas universities with strong academic result
Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or other technical fields, or Business is in advantage
Strong interpersonal skills with both external and internal contacts and ability to lead projects involving multiple functional areas to meet deadlines
An idea generator. Comfortable with challenging status quo, creative, and possess grit to drive ideas to fruition
Team player with proven abilities to navigate stakeholders to deliver outcomes
Comfortable working in a face-paced environment and agile software development process
Passionate to work in medical technology industry.
