Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven technical leadership experience with a strong foundation in software development and systems architecture.
- Demonstrated expertise in estimation techniques, including effort sizing, sprint planning, release planning, and capacity forecasting.
- In-depth knowledge of the Banking sector and broader BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) industry, including regulatory standards, core banking systems, and digital transformation trends.
- Experience working with global customers, managing cross-cultural communication and aligning delivery with international standards.
- Strong ability to engage with senior stakeholders, present complex technical concepts clearly, and influence strategic decisions.
- Excellent teamwork and leadership skills, with a track record of serving as a role model and fostering high-performance teams.
