RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and communicate the Salesforce product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Ensure Salesforce initiatives align with business goals and strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
  • Own and manage the Salesforce product backlog.
  • Prioritize backlog items based on business value, effort, risk, and dependencies.
  • Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and refinement sessions.
  • Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, architects, and QA teams.
  • Clarify requirements, resolve questions, and remove delivery roadblocks.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of Salesforce features and enhancements.
  • Validate completed work against acceptance criteria and business expectations.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Support release planning, testing, documentation, and deployment activities.
  • Conduct product demos and provide end-user training when required.
  • Drive user adoption through effective communication, training, and feedback collection.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
