RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide strategic and business consulting to global clients in the energy and utilities domain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data science, AI/ML, cloud, UX) to design technology-enabled solutions.
  • Lead proposals, bids, and workshops; coordinate with global business teams to craft impactful pitches.
  • Act as business analyst/product owner in select engagements, ensuring business context is embedded in delivery.
  • Conduct client workshops to assess challenges and design transformation roadmaps.
  • Create domain-specific thought leadership content (articles, blogs, PoVs).
  • Drive innovation and energy transition initiatives for clients.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. & MBA from a Tier-1 college with relevant consulting/industry experience.
