Associate Principal Consultant - Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who can bridge business needs and technology solutions, drive requirement discovery, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact programs. The role requires strong domain understanding, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders
• Understand business processes, pain points, and define future-state solutions
• Create detailed documentation: BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
• Act as a product owner proxy, ensuring clarity and prioritization of requirements
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams for smooth execution
• Drive solution design discussions and validate functional feasibility
• Support UAT planning, execution, and sign-off with business users
• Manage change requests and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Provide domain guidance to the delivery team
• Ensure traceability from requirements to delivery and deployment
• Support roadmap planning and feature prioritization

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Business Analysis for digital/CRM/data platforms (Salesforce preferred)
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in writing high-quality user stories and functional specifications
• Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams

Good to Have:

• Domain experience in Life Sciences / Healthcare / Pharma
• Experience with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Data Cloud, Health/Life Sciences Cloud)

• Must have Skills: Business Orientation (Expert), Requirements Elicitation
