RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Aligning stakeholders and development teams around common measurable product goals.
  • Define and articulate the product vision, data requirements, and high-level system architecture to guide initial platform development.
  • Collaborate with business, operations, and research teams to translate functional and non-functional requirements into clear technical specifications.
  • Develop detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, system audits, and gap analyses across smart meter, billing, and IoT data sources.
  • Assess data quality, latency, availability, and integration readiness across multiple platforms.
  • Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), metrics, and success criteria aligned with business outcomes.
  • Establish metadata standards, data definitions, data lineage, and storage requirements for enterprise dashboards and analytics platforms.
  • Design initial solution prototypes, wireframes, and conceptual dashboards.
  • Create data flow diagrams, logical and physical data models, and schema mappings between source systems and analytical layers.
  • Work closely with architects and developers to validate design decisions.
  • Establish documentation standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for collaborative development.
  • Define version control processes, change management procedures, and approval workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, data engineers, and development teams.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement review sessions, and design walkthroughs.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
