Candidate will be required to handle concern complaints raised by the customer on day-to-day basis on 24*7 help & support platform and make sure that the daily tasks are being closed within the defined time with good customer experience.
Expectations/Requirements:
Responsible for key liaison between the customer and the organization.
Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the customer service team.
Compose thoughtful and accurate messages or customize prepared responses to suit the requirement for a specific case.
Resolve customer challenges by identifying and escalating issue appropriately.
Should be willing to work 6 days in a week.
Should be okay with rotational shift.
