Associate Operations Analyst

The Associate Operations Analyst is a key member of the Operations team, supporting data management processes, transaction processing, client reporting, and issue resolution across multiple client accounts, while ensuring operational requirements are met.

Prerequisites

• Graduates or undergraduates from any discipline (including those with pending results)
• Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in the RCM industry are encouraged to apply
• Strong “customer-first” mindset with a willingness to learn
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• Ability to handle complex operational challenges and unexpected situations
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Ability to work according to U.S. time zones and calendars
