A Little About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated NetSuite Associate Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Finance and Accounting teams and be a key part of the team to manage and optimize our NetSuite environment.

What You Will Do

• Assist in the administration and maintenance of the NetSuite ERP system
• Engage with the Finance team, Product Team, and NetSuite developer to collect requirements, deploy and manage scripts
• Collaborate with the Finance and Accounting team to design and implement processes within NetSuite, particularly focusing on automating manual accounting tasks, configuring and supporting ARM and FAM functionality
• Provide production support for NetSuite, including data conversions, system documentation, and end-user training
• As needed, add new roles, permissions, fields, saved searches, and workflows to extend NetSuite’s functionality
• Generate custom reports for management, finance, and accounting staff
• Implement necessary enhancements and upgrades to keep the system current and in line with industry standards

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

• At least 3 years' in a NetSuite administrator role
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• Certifications such as NetSuite Administrator, NetSuite ERP, and/or SuiteFoundation are beneficial
• Basic understanding of standard financial and accounting reports
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in the SAAS industry and subscription-based billing
• Background in GAAP and SOX controls environments

Salary

$75,000-$90,000/year DOE

Location

This position can be fully remote, or hybrid from our Denver, CO office.
