We are seeking a passionate individual with a strong interest in data and television for the Associate Measurement Partner role. This position will be an exciting opportunity to work in a cross-functional and client-facing role, delivering campaign optimizations, audience measurement, and strategic research support to top Media & Entertainment brands at an exciting and fast-growing company.
In this role, you will explore and analyze TV data, create insightful reporting for our clients, and help inform their media planning decisions with the results we deliver. This position will develop your skill set in research methodologies, client service, and data presentation.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Los Angeles office.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist in producing and analyzing large-scale TV audience measurement studies
Work directly with clients and internal teams to gather, organize and prep all materials required for research studies
Support multiple research studies at once to help manage deliverables and timelines
Analyze large datasets to develop actionable insights for publisher clients
Provide support in building and nurturing client relationship by assisting in day-to-day client management
Contribute to meta-analyses synthesizing findings across various studies and publishers.
Support benchmarking initiatives for global publishers by providing competitive insights
Generate regular reports on key advertising metrics, including Tune In and Reach & Frequency
Prepare standardized research deliverables and custom benchmarking reports
Collaborate on trend analysis and industry-wide reporting across multiple publishers
Assist in optimizing internal processes for efficient study production and meta-analysis
Maintain light client relationships by addressing basic queries and requests
WHO YOU ARE
Have a passion for TV and digital media measurement and industry-wide trends
Are detail-oriented and capable of managing high-volume data processing
Can quickly learn and apply new measurement methodologies and analytical techniques
Possess strong analytical skills and enjoy working with complex, multi-source datasets
Can identify patterns and insights across different publishers and studies
Can communicate effectively to internal teams and clients
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects
Enjoy analyzing data and solving problems
Have strong verbal and written communication skills

Requirements
BA/BS in business, marketing, psychology, statistics or related area of study
2+ years work experience in a client service role in market research, technology, advertising, or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client presentations
Nice to haves
Experience in TV, Sports, and/or Digital media advertising at either a publisher or agency
Knowledge of advertising technology and campaign management systems
Understanding of industry-standard audience measurement tools and platforms
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Familiarity with academic research methods and meta-analysis techniques
