We’re looking for a multi-faceted, culture-first storyteller to join our Podcast Creator Marketing team — the group shaping how creators, podcasters, and publishers experience Spotify.
As Associate Director, Brand & Integrated Marketing - Spotify for Creators, you’ll lead programs and initiatives that connect Spotify to the moments, conversations, and creators shaping global culture. You’ll build content, campaigns, and narratives that amplify creator voices, strengthen community, and drive brand love. This position reports into the Global Director of Creator Marketing.
What You'll Do
Lead go-to-market strategies for new creator products and capabilities, from early concept through launch
Shape product positioning, messaging, and narratives that resonate with creators and reflect real need
Partner closely with R&D teams to influence product strategy and ensure strong market fit
Collaborate with global marketing teams to plan and execute launches that educate and inspire creators
Define success metrics and track adoption, using insights to continuously improve performance
Identify new opportunities through market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and creator feedback
Work cross-functionally with research, insights, and product teams to inform roadmap decisions and marketing strategy
Who You Are
You have 5+ years of experience in product marketing or marketing within a tech environment
You have led large-scale initiatives and know how to balance user needs with business outcomes
You care about creators and have a strong understanding of the podcast, video, or platform ecosystem
You are experienced in developing product positioning and leading go-to-market strategies
You collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and data partners to drive impact
You communicate clearly and influence stakeholders across different levels and functions
You stay organized and adaptable while managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving, global environment
Where You'll Be
This role is based in New York, New York.
We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home.
We ask that you come in 1-2 times per week.
The United States base range for this position is $102,981- $147,116, plus equity (plus bonus or commission. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays.
