Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Supporting the country procurement efforts to efficiently and effectively maximize the value received from the suppliers to meet the company objectives
  • Works with each business unit to lead centralized sourcing and procurement efforts, for His / Her Category
  • Works with the internal stakeholder from initial need identification to category strategy definition and implementation
  • Drives supply analysis/strategy, supplier identification, sourcing execution, contract negotiation and suppliers performance management and improvement. 
  • Delivers cost savings opportunities to the organization, and assist in developing commodity strategy.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Creation and management of short, mid, strategic procurement goals and objectives for Direct, Subcontracting and IM&S categories with Lead 
  • Support in Creation  and execute improvement of procurement processes in alignment with the stakeholders, including market analysis, strategy sourcing & negotiation and contract approval.
  • Identification and realization of cost-saving opportunities including local / regional consolidation projects
  • Management of procurement systems. Adhere Procurement SOP to ensure Control and compliance in all procurement process . Foster culture of ethical Procurement practice.
  • Preparation and raising RFQs, sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and miscellaneous internal procurement support activities.
  • Manage and monitor Supplier Performance, lead the development of corrective actions plans and follow-up when there are issues
  • Develop and maintain supplier pool
  • Ensure subcontractors' compliance with company policies and procedures in coordination with Global Compliance Team.
  • Analyze and understand the cost drivers associated with each category/supplier
  • Benchmark current products across suppliers and identify consolidation opportunities
  • Ensure  Credit terms and Payments  follows Global Policy and Local Terms/ Regulation 
  • Support procurement aspects of the related projects 
  • Bachelor Degree or above / Engg Graduates ; MBA is an advantage (Preferably in Supply Chain management
  • 8 + years’  Progressive procurement experience with 2 Years Managerial Experience 
  • Strong leadership skill. Team player at executive levels to collaborate with business units and functional partners 
  • Strong knowledge in  Modern sourcing and procurement principles , Compliance requirement, Supplier management and best practices
  •  Strong negotiation skills . Ability to work under Pressure with ethical standard 
  •  Experience with ERP and procurement systems
  •  Good communication skills, strategic mindset and problem-solving skills 
  •  Good/Excellent written and spoken English
