Spotify Advertising is looking for an Associate Manager, Paid Media to help scale and optimize our global B2B growth efforts. This role will work closely with both our Growth Marketing Manager and Growth Ad Tech Marketing Manager, supporting high-impact performance marketing programs that drive revenue, unlock new audiences, and fuel advertiser growth on Spotify, while hitting our core KPIs:
This is a hands-on, associate-level growth role for someone who thrives in the details of execution and analysis, and who is excited to learn how performance strategy is built at scale while working closely with more senior growth leaders—someone who loves digging into performance data, optimizing campaigns, managing ad tech, and collaborating with agencies, while also contributing critical thinking, creative ideas, and new growth opportunities.
What You'll Do
Supporting Campaign Execution & Optimization of large-scale B2B performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Spotify Ads Manager etc, with a focus on driving revenue growth and hitting core KPIs of Lifetime Value to Customer Acquisition Cost (LTV/CAC) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), in close partnership with the Growth Marketing Manager.
Partner closely with agency teams to analyze performance, identify insights, and continuously improve campaigns.
Occasionally set up and launch campaigns directly in-platform, including trafficking assets, QA, and optimization.
Assist with testing and scaling new channels, tactics, and campaign approaches.
Create clear, concise performance reports, dashboards, and readouts for partners.
Analyze campaign performance data to surface actionable insights and optimization recommendations and inform future campaign planning and creative direction.
Support the development of channel plans, testing roadmaps, and campaign briefs.
Contribute creative ideas and performance-driven concepts to improve messaging, targeting, and results.
Support campaign event setup, troubleshooting, and audience configuration, partnering with Growth Ad Tech Marketing Manager.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Sales to ensure campaigns are properly measured and scalable
Help ensure clean data flows, accurate tracking, and effective audience activation.
Who You Are
A min of 4+ years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing, ideally in B2B space.
Hands-on experience implementing & optimizing paid media campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and/or Spotify Ads Manager.
Demonstrated experience optimizing campaigns for Return on Ad Spend and Lifetime Value.
Strong analytical mindset—you’re comfortable working with performance data, drawing insights, and making recommendations.
Creative problem solver who can contribute strong ideas for messaging, concepts, and testing frameworks.
Technically savvy enough to understand events, audiences, and tracking, and to collaborate effectively with engineers and product teams.
Comfortable working with agencies—briefing, reviewing performance, and pushing for continuous improvement.
Confident collaborator who can work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and balance multiple stakeholder needs.
Organized, thorough, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Equally comfortable executing day-to-day tasks and thinking strategically about the bigger picture.

We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! For this role, you can be within the North America region as long as we have a work location.
This team operates within the Eastern time zone for collaboration.
The United States base range for this position is $94,761 - $135,373 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
