  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced personnel to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic insights to support business growth. 

  • Key Areas
  • Submit monthly P&L statements, Balance Sheets, Cash flow statement.
  • Manage the Record to Report, fixed assets accounting, Banking, including process and related    governance.
  • Deliver all periodic services related to R2R and general financial accounting, including month-end activities, account reconciliations, periodic reporting, metrics, governance, and internal control.
  • Preparation and timely review of all Balance sheet Schedules
  • Manage R2R quality metrices through service level agreements, performance metrics and continuous governance.
  • Act as a Single point of Contact for the stakeholders.
  • Deliver, standardize, and drive process efficiency in for month end close activities, banking, fixed assets, intercompany reconciliation, and financial reporting processes. 
  • Work closely with other finance business partners to maintain best-in-class processes to bring the efficiency and consistency in the processes.
  • Analyze financial data, trends, and patterns to identify potential risks or opportunities for improvement. 
  • Support the implementation of new accounting pronouncements including US GAAP / Sox Compliance / Other regulatory changes, as required. 
  • Lead statutory audit and tax filing activities proactively. 
  • Have a knowledge on lease accounting Have a good knowledge on US payroll accounting would be an added advantage.

  • Proficiency in financial and performance analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with accounting regulations and taxes impacting the business.
  • Expertise in accounting systems, including NetsuiteTech-savvy with a focus on automation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

  • Education & Experience
  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant
  • Experience: 1-3 years post CA qualification
