The Opportunity

We are seeking an Associate Manager or Manager to join our growing Customer Strategy team. This role is ideal for an early-stage life sciences consultant, strategist, or customer-facing professional ready to build their leadership skills and grow into a strategic advisor role.

In this role, you will support the delivery of high-impact projects for pharmaceutical and biotech companies, helping them leverage Faro's platform to modernize trial design, improve internal ways of working, and realize measurable value. You’ll work alongside experienced team members and cross-functional partners, gaining exposure to strategic customer work, enterprise transformation, and digital health innovation.

What You’ll Do

Customer Delivery & Program Support

  • Support day-to-day execution of customer projects and programs
  • Track timelines, coordinate project milestones, and maintain documentation and meeting records
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders

Strategic Customer Engagement

  • Assist in identifying and refining customer objectives, success metrics, and adoption pathways
  • Contribute to presentations, workshop materials, and value realization documentation
  • Participate in customer meetings and help translate inputs into actionable next steps

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless customer delivery
  • Provide input to internal teams based on customer needs, use cases, and feedback

Enablement & IP Development

  • Help build internal tools, templates, and best practices to support scaled delivery and repeatability
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and playbook development

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • ~4 years of experience in management consulting, customer success, or project delivery in life sciences or healthcare
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical R&D, clinical development, or protocol design
  • Experience supporting multi-stakeholder projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity; excited to learn and grow into strategic ownership
  • Exposure to SaaS platforms or digital transformation initiatives (Nice to Have)
  • Familiarity with trial design tools, patient centricity principles, or AI in clinical development (Nice to Have)
  • Change management experience or training (Nice to Have)

Benefits

Annual Salary

The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $140,000

Salary listed reflects the base salary only and does not include other elements of total compensation. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Equity

In addition to this position's salary (listed above), equity will be a major component of the total compensation for this position. We aim to offer higher-than-average equity compensation for a company of our size, and communicate equity amounts at the time of offer issuance.
