Associate Manager, Creator and Influencer Marketing

ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team of Creator and Influencer Marketers. As a valuable member of the team, your key responsibility will be to source suitable influencers and provide support in executing effective influencer marketing strategies to further Peloton priorities. 

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Maintain deep institutional knowledge of creator's needs, beliefs, and aspirations to inform campaign and programmatic strategies and development plans to address and support
  • Act as advisor and voice of the Creator cross-functionally, highlighting opportunities, challenges, and solutions
  • Create high-visibility and successful campaigns and programming that excite, inform, and engage existing and prospective creators and their communities to know and understand Peloton’s magic
  • Introduce bold and fresh ideas and concepts and have the executional know-how to bring those ideas to life
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and briefs for campaign creation from concept to execution, managing talent-led campaigns and co-marketing activations
  • Determine appropriate, measurable KPIs like reach, engagement, and conversions for campaigns and programs with a consistent measurement and reporting cadence to determine effectiveness and opportunity areas to iterate and improve success
  • Educate cross-functional team members as part of this new marketing function as well as external partner agencies and companies 
  • Be at the forefront of understanding marketing, culture and social media trends to serve as an internal expert in the space

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • 3+ years of social marketing experience 
  • Ability to work productively in a fast-paced, creative, collaborative environment
  • Deep knowledge and interest in creator/influencer and digital trends
  • Be in the know – stay current on fashion, entertainment, lifestyle, culture, art, music and more.
  • Resourceful, highly motivated project manager

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Our base salary is just one component of Peloton’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes annual equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan as well as other region-specific health and welfare benefits.

Base Salary Range
$69,500$90,400 USD
