Associate Lawyer - Real Estate Department

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Associate Lawyer with at least 10 years of proven expertise in Property Law and Real Estate transactions. This is an in-house collaboration role focused on handling legal actions related to real estate and property law.

You will join our Real Estate Department, where you will have the opportunity to strengthen and develop your professional capabilities and play an active role in achieving the firm’s strategic objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing property transfers and related documentation
• Handling procedures for the Land Registry and Cadastre
• Acting on forestry and urban planning issues
• Drafting and reviewing lease agreements
• Ensuring compliance with applicable property and real estate regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) – LL.M. is a plus
• Licensed Attorney-at-Law in Greece
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Property Law cases
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ability to work with digital tools
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Analytical thinking, communication and negotiation skills
• Adaptation of the corporate culture.
