The Role

We’re looking for an Associate Lawyer who’s ready to take on meaningful cases, collaborate with experienced professionals, and thrive in a team that values expertise, ethics, and continuous development.

You will join our Litigation Department, where you will have the opportunity to strengthen your professional capabilities and play an active role in achieving the firm’s strategic objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Representing clients in court and out-of-court proceedings
  • Managing a diverse portfolio of legal cases with consistency, confidentiality, and a high level of professional integrity (enforcement proceedings, civil law, commercial law).
  • Drafting legal documents (drafting of lawsuits, drafting of pleadings in lawsuits, drafting of pleadings in objections, handling of cases under Law 3869, etc.)
  • Conducting legal research and delivering well-reasoned opinions
  • Developing and maintaining strong, trust-based communication with clients, ensuring high levels of responsiveness and service quality.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a knowledge-sharing team culture

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

  • A Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) – an LL.M. is a strong plus
  • Attorney-at-Law license in Greece
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a practicing attorney, preferably within a structured legal environment or law firm.
  • Excellent command of legal drafting and written communication
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under deadlines
  • A team-player mindset and a client-first attitude
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
