The Role

We’re looking for an Associate Lawyer who’s ready to take on meaningful cases, collaborate with experienced professionals, and thrive in a team that values expertise, ethics, and continuous development.

You will join our B2B Department, where you will have the opportunity to strengthen your professional capabilities and play an active role in achieving the firm’s strategic objectives.

 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing cases for the collection of commercial claims
  • Drafting introductory pleadings and representing clients in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings 
  • Conducting enforcement and notification of claims in bankruptcy proceedings
  • Managing a wide range of legal cases with consistency, confidentiality, and a high level of professional integrity
  • Conducting legal research and providing well-reasoned opinion
  • Developing and maintaining strong, trust-based communication with clients, ensuring high levels of responsiveness and service quality
  • Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a team culture based on knowledge sharing.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

  • A Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) – an LL.M. is a strong plus
  • Attorney-at-Law license in Greece
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a practicing attorney, preferably within a structured legal environment (in conducting enforcement and notification of claims in bankruptcy proceedings)
  • Experience in handling property, family, inheritance, and employment law cases.
  • Excellent command of legal drafting and written communication
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under deadlines
  • A team-player mindset and a client-first attitude
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
