THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a junior corporate paralegal to work alongside a team of like-minded high-performing individuals, working on engagements for large Global clients.
This is a permanent, full time opportunity to join our Legal Entity Management team dedicated to providing support to our clients. As a member of our team, you’ll be responsible for providing company secretarial support.
The role may encompass the opportunity to take on, among other things, the following key responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Database administration, such as maintaining corporate records and certifications
· Billing
· Supporting the application of corporate procedures and record retention related to governance matters and internal procedures
· Procuring items for compliance, KYC, and AML requests

Essential Criteria
Undergraduate degree
A minimum of 6 months company secretarial, paralegal, or Compliance/Regulatory experience
Excellent attention to detail
Good commercial awareness, working directly with business managers
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Desirable Criteria
Familiarity with Blueprint Company Secretarial Software
Experience working within the financial services sector
Paralegal certification
Exposure to Pan-European investment structures
Knowledge of US regulatory environment.
