We are looking for a talented IT Support Engineer to join a team of highly qualified professionals and get involved in the full IT projects lifecycle for enterprise-class solutions.

The successful candidate will provide onsite support to our customer, ensuring timely responses for critical business technology systems. This role involves working both independently and as part of a collaborative team to address service requests and deliver technical solutions.

A Day in the Life of an IT Support Engineer will include:

  • Provide first-level end-user support for all IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network connectivity;
  • Perform PC and laptop deployment, setup, and configuration for new hires and existing employees;
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and other peripherals;
  • Resolve software troubleshooting issues for business applications and operating systems;
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights;
  • Document support requests, resolutions, and common troubleshooting steps;
  • Collaborate with IT Systems Engineers and Administrators on escalating complex issues and contributing to IT projects;
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • Hands-on IT engineering experience;
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11), Microsoft Office Suite, and general networking concepts (TCP/IP);
  • Problem-solving skills and a genuine willingness to learn and adapt;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
