We are looking for a passionate Software Developer with extensive expertise in Associate, Information Technology.
Job Responsibilities
Systems and user accounts management.
Providing IT support for company employees.
Troubleshooting network and server issues (L1).
Ensure the security of company systems and data through thoughtful diligence, adherence to company policies and procedures.
Performing onboarding & offboarding tasks for the company employees.
Support on audio and video communications and collaboration systems.
Create and maintain high-quality documentation.
Hardware and software inventory control.
Requirements tools
Scripting knowledge on bash, powershell or Python.
Good understanding of networking concepts and communication protocols.
Good understanding on Active Directory administration.
Setup and troubleshooting Mac, Windows and Linux operating systems.
Requirements must have
Excellent English skills (spoken and written).
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent collaboration / teamwork skills.
Hands on experience on help desk / end user oriented support.
Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
Requirements nice to have
Good knowledge and understanding of the Information Technology security concepts.
Good knowledge of data backup and recovery.
Atlassian stack knowledge.
Google business suite knowledge.
