As an Associate HR Manager at Brillio, you will play a key role in driving core HR processes, supporting manager development, and enhancing employee engagement and communication. You will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on people-related matters while ensuring a positive employee experience. This role also involves identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing new initiatives that add value and address business challenges. Your ability to balance operational HR excellence with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach will be essential in fostering a high-performance and engaged workforce.
Responsibilities
Partner with leaders to address leadership and people needs and drive the HR strategy in alignment with the business goals.
Understand the business and propose changes to add value on people dimensions.
Provide HR consulting and advisory to managers on improving managerial and organizational effectiveness through fair and consistent advice on HR programs, policies and other key people related decisions.
Manage employee onboarding, including offer letters, contracts, payroll and benefits setup, adoption of best practices to create a positive on-boarding experience within the teams.
Partner with business leaders for proactive and reactive retention strategies. Handle exit processes, including exit interviews, all required paperwork and system updates.
Oversee payroll processing, tax updates, pension contributions, and employee benefits.
Be a People Experience champion and keep an active pulse on health and engagement of the business. Lead HR updates, manager forums, town halls, and company-wide communication initiatives.
Maintain accurate employee records, update job changes, and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
Proactively seek and drive data driven insights, conversations and decisions with the business through HR reports and tracking key metrics.
Drive an effective implementation of the Performance management system.
Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties’ interests
Own with business, people development and talent management strategies specific to the business context.
Coach, mentor and advise managers to help drive growth and development
Be the owner for the rewards and recognition process. Monitor and report utilization and to ensure a consistent coverage across the business. Facilitate ceremonies to improve visibility.
Organize social events, charity initiatives, and DEI programs to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
Collaborate with local facilities management and IT teams for seamless site-specific service delivery for employees.
Champion Change Initiatives and Change Management.
Active role in vetting the cultural fitment of talent.
Qualifications
6-8 years of HR experience, with a strong background in HR operations, HR Business Partnering, and employee lifecycle management.
Bachelor's degree is required.
CIPD Level 5 is preferred.
Proven expertise in onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract management and HR systems setup.
Hands-on experience with payroll and benefits administration, including tax updates and pension contributions.
Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance, including visa/immigration processes and right-to-work regulations.
Experience in performance management, supporting managers with probation reviews, performance issues, and employee development.
HR systems expertise, ensuring accuracy in employee records, data management, and reporting.
Passion for employee engagement, with experience in organizing social events, DEI programs, and internal communication initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, working closely with hiring managers, finance teams, and external vendors.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in a fast-paced, global environment, with the ability to manage multiple HR projects simultaneously.
