Summary of Position:                                                   

As an Associate Graphic Designer at NVE, you will help create experiences and campaigns for some of the world’s biggest, boldest and most beloved brands. This is an entry-level role that involves creating 2D design elements, participating in brainstorming sessions, and supporting fabrication and installation. It is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of the best creative teams in the business, develop your design skills, and bring bold ideas to life.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of visual assets for a variety of brand experiences and campaigns
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas
• Collaborate with senior designers to develop and execute design concepts
• Prepare and refine design files for production, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Conduct research to stay updated on design trends and industry best practices
• Support the maintenance of brand consistency across all projects
• Manage multiple tasks and projects, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on project objectives
• Receive and implement feedback from senior designers and clients
• Contribute to the overall creative process with a proactive and positive attitude

Key Skills/Requirements:

• You have a portfolio that shows your design and conceptual chops (spec work is okay if it shows your thinking)
• You embody NVE’s behaviors – be courageous, be committed, be curious, be catalysts, and be good citizens
• You are proficient in 2D design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and have experience using AI to support the design process
• You are confident, passionate and have a POV, but not an ego – you know that this work takes teamwork

Location: We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York City. The candidate for this role must be LA or NY based.

Salary Estimation: [$65,000.00 - $75,000.00]

This is an Exempt full-time role. NVE intends to provide a competitive total compensation package which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth and developmental opportunities. There are many factors to the presented salary range, including but not limited to - location, departmental budgets, certifications, and overall job-related qualifications.
