What We're Looking For

Cross River Bank is seeking a motivated Associate Implementation Specialist to support the technical onboarding of fintech partners. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can collaborate across technical and business functions, both internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist fintech partners with sandbox and production testing, verifying API requests, responses, and configuration accuracy.
  • Guide partners in the proper use of COS and ARIX API endpoints, including authentication, data formatting, and error resolution.
  • Help triage and resolve integration issues, escalating to engineering teams when appropriate.
  • Translate technical outcomes into clear updates for non-technical stakeholders, including onboarding managers and partner operations teams.
  • Contribute to and maintain internal and external documentation on integration workflows and troubleshooting steps.
  • Participate in cross-training initiatives to build internal understanding of systems and partner use cases.
  • Support the implementation team in tracking onboarding status and meeting key integration milestones.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in fintech, technical support, or partner onboarding.
  • Basic understanding of APIs and client-server integrations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical engineers and business stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to fintech integrations or financial API ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with tools like Postman or API gateways.
  • Eagerness to learn Cross River’s internal platforms (COS and ARIX) and grow into more senior technical roles.
