  • Present data insights, performance trends, and operational metrics to stakeholders in a clear and structured format.
  • Maintain invoicing records, funding documentation, and contract tracking measures while leveraging analytics to identify anomalies or risks.
  • Perform internal and agency audits on contract usage and funding to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and data-driven process enhancements.
  • Assist with funding modifications, financial research, accounts payable/receivable inquiries, and reconciliations as needed.
  • Support new team member training by demonstrating analytical tools, reporting procedures, and data validation techniques.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and partner with team leaders to test, refine, and implement efficiencies that increase data quality and reduce manual work.
  • Contribute to process automation initiatives, particularly those focused on data transformation, workflow optimization, and error reduction.

Required Skills:

  • 2 years of experience performing data analysis or financial analysis with demonstrated ability to interpret, validate, and report on complex datasets.
  • 2 years of experience working directly with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data modeling).

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and business analysis techniques.
