Flowcode
Flowcode is the leading offline-to-online conversion platform, helping the world’s biggest brands drive direct connections with their audiences. We combine data-driven design with next-gen QR tech to power instant, privacy-compliant engagement at scale. Over 75% of the Fortune 500—and top sports leagues—trust Flowcode to turn physical moments into digital actions…fast.
THE MISSION: TURN IRL MOMENTS INTO PIPELINE.
Flowcode is the connective tissue between the physical and digital worlds. We help brands close the gap between what happens in real life and what happens online—and we’re building the next generation of marketing around that idea.
We’re hiring an Associate Field Marketing Manager to help run a sharp, sales-aligned B2B events program—executive dinners, high-intent roundtables, conferences, and partner activations that don’t just “build awareness,” they create meetings, accelerate deals, and drive revenue.
This is not a “calendar invites and swag orders” role. It’s for someone early in their career who wants real ownership, learns fast, moves fast, and loves being on the ground where marketing becomes revenue.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: THE THREE PILLARS
1) Execute High-Impact B2B Events (Hosted + Third-Party)
- Support and increasingly own execution of hosted events (executive dinners, breakfasts, roundtables) and third-party conferences.
- Help build event plans end-to-end: venue research, vendor coordination, run-of-show, guest experience, onsite operations, and post-event follow-up.
- Ensure every event is built around a clean “why attend” value proposition and a premium, detail-perfect experience.
2) Sales-First Event Outcomes (Meetings, Pipeline, Revenue)
- Partner with Sales/SDRs to drive invite lists, outreach support, RSVP tracking, and meeting scheduling tied to target accounts.
- Manage day-to-day coordination that makes events convert: confirmations, reminders, attendance reconciliation, onsite check-in, and routing leads to the right owners.
- Help build repeatable event playbooks (what works, what doesn’t, templates, timelines, and follow-up steps).
3) Measurement + Operational Excellence (No Vibes-Only Marketing)
- Track performance across key metrics: RSVP rate, attendance rate, meetings set/held, cost per attendee, cost per meeting, and pipeline influence.
- Maintain event tracking and reporting hygiene in CRM and internal systems so the team can measure impact and improve each event.
- Run fast retros after every activation and turn learnings into better execution next time.
WHO YOU ARE: REQUIREMENTS & SPIRIT
Non-Negotiables
-
NYC-based: You thrive in a fast-paced, in-office environment and can be in our SoHo HQ.
-
3–5 years experience in marketing (field/events, community, partnerships, demand gen, or brand)—with real exposure to executing events.
- You’re comfortable in the details: timelines, guest lists, vendor coordination, and onsite problem-solving.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills and can represent Flowcode professionally with customers, partners, and vendors.
- You’re willing to be hands-on—events are physical, and you’re not above carrying boxes if it means the experience is perfect.
Cultural Markers (Very Real Here)
-
The Hustle: You move quickly and don’t need perfect conditions to produce excellent work.
-
The Scrapper: You’ll execute at ground level but think one level up—always asking “what outcome are we driving?”
-
The Communicator: Clear, concise, dependable. You can summarize what matters and what’s next.
-
Metric-minded: You care about results, not just effort—events should drive meetings and momentum.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting B2B events that target marketing leadership (CMOs, VP Marketing, Growth).
- Familiarity with HubSpot, event tools (Splash/Cvent), and basic reporting.
- Interest in MarTech / AdTech / B2B SaaS—and a desire to grow into an owner of the channel.
