Associate - Executive Office

This position is based in Berlin, Germany - relocation support is provided if required. 

Please note that, depending on strategic priorities and personnel demand at the time of your process, you will be embedded within the Executive Office's Corporate Development or CEO Office team.

• Own and drive Trade Republic’s most important strategic projects.
• Conduct independent deep-dive analyses on new opportunities.
• Take new ideas from zero to one by coordinating with stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring successful product launches and project delivery.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a top-tier university with excellent grades.
• At least two years of work experience in consulting, banking, or growth stage companies.
• Excellent German and English skills.
• Ambition to build Europe’s number one bank, out of Berlin.
