Job Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end execution of roadmap initiatives across assigned squads.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at a high standard of quality.
Break down large initiatives into clear milestones with measurable outcomes.
Proactively identify risks and drive timely resolution.
Maintain strong alignment between engineering commitments and business priorities.
Improve sprint planning accuracy, estimation quality, and delivery predictability.
Track, analyze, and report on delivery metrics and overall execution health.
Drive continuous improvements in engineering processes and workflows.
Uphold high standards for documentation, clarity, and execution discipline.
Partner closely with Product, Design, and key stakeholders to ensure aligned execution.
Translate business requirements into structured, actionable delivery plans.
Communicate timelines, trade-offs, and risks clearly and proactively.
Serve as a central coordination point between engineering and cross-functional teams.
Support engineers by identifying and removing blockers.
Reinforce a culture of accountability, ownership, and delivery excellence.
Maintain focus and momentum during complex or high-impact initiatives.
Job Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in software engineering or engineering leadership.
Proven track record of delivering projects from concept through production.
Strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and execution skills.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and introduce structure where needed.
Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
Direct experience working with engineering teams and technical systems.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery models.
Exposure to engineering metrics, performance tracking, and delivery KPIs.
