WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Technical Skills: Programming in Java, SQL scripting (Database), experience using Unix OS, proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel, basic knowledge on AD/LDAP, basic networking knowledge (Host/IP/Port/Firewall/HTTPS/SSL etc.), basic knowledge on Jiras (Optional),basic knowledge on AWS/Azure/GCP (Optional), prior knowledge on IAM/IGA/PAM (optional)
Non-Technical Skills: Good Written and Verbal communication, Quick Learner, Self-learner
Willing to support global customers (APAC, EMEA and US hours) - late evening / early morning shifts
Understand and document requirements from Team lead on customer
Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) use-cases
Configuration of Saviynt EIC to meet the customer IGA use cases
Assist/support team in resolving technical issues (if any) in the use-cases demos and Proof of Concepts
WHAT YOU BRING:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences or similar
Must have: Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.

- Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter
- Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to):
> Data Classification, Retention & Handling Policy
> Incident Response Policy/Procedures
> Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Policy/Procedures

> Account Management Policy
> Access Control Policy
