We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to design and lead end-to-end Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing, and Subscription Management).
The ideal candidate will own solution architecture, guide technical teams, and ensure scalable, secure, and business-aligned Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Design
• Own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across Field Service and Revenue Cloud
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Define logical, physical, and integration architectures
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, performance, and security standards
• Design multi-cloud solutions involving Sales, Service, Experience, FSL, and Revenue Cloud Field Service Lightning (FSL)
• Architect and implement FSL solutions including:
o Work Orders, Service Appointments, and Assets
o Scheduling & Optimization (Auto-Scheduling, Optimization rules)
o Mobile Workforce (Salesforce Field Service Mobile App)
o Inventory, Parts & Van Stock Management
o Service Territories, Operating Hours, and Skill-based routing
• Design offline-first mobile solutions and performance optimization
• Integrate FSL with ERP, inventory, and third-party scheduling systems
• Ensure best practices for technician productivity and dispatcher efficiency Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing)
• Design and lead implementations for: o Salesforce CPQ (Products, Price Rules, Product Rules, Bundles)
o Contract Lifecycle & Subscription Management
o Usage-based pricing and recurring revenue models
o Salesforce Billing (Invoices, Payments, Tax, Revenue Recognition – conceptual)
• Architect complex pricing, discounting, approval workflows, and renewals
• Integrate CPQ/Billing with ERP, Finance, and Order Management systems
• Ensure compliance with revenue and pricing governance Integration & Data Architecture
• Design and govern integrations using: o REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture o Middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica)
• Define data models, data migration strategy, and master data governance
• Ensure data quality, scalability, and transaction performance Security, Compliance & Governance
• Define security model using:
o Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Shield (preferred)
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security and regulatory standards
• Define environment strategy (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod) and release governance
• Participate in architecture review boards and design approvals Technical Leadership & Delivery
• Provide technical leadership to Salesforce Developers and Admins
• Review solution designs, code, and configurations for quality and performance
• Mentor teams on Salesforce best practices and design patterns
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders
• Support UAT, deployment planning, and production go-live Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as trusted advisor to business and IT leadership
• Lead solution workshops, design sessions, and architecture walkthroughs
• Present architecture options, trade-offs, and recommendations
• Support pre-sales, estimates, and RFP responses when required Required Skills & Qualifications Salesforce Expertise
• Deep hands-on experience with:
o Field Service Lightning o Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) o Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and limits
• Experience with complex orgs and enterprise-scale implementations
Technical Skills
• Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows (design-level expertise)
• Integration patterns and asynchronous processing
• Experience with DevOps tools: Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT
• Strong understanding of Salesforce performance tuning and governor limits Certifications (Preferred)
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) –
Good to have

• Salesforce CPQ Specialist
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer / Sharing & Visibility Designer Preferred Experience
• Experience in consulting or system integrator environment
