Associate Director - Strategy & Operations (Project Management) ,GCS

TLDR

Lead the planning and execution of strategic projects across diverse teams, ensuring timely delivery and optimal stakeholder engagement through structured governance and visibility.

Summary -    The incumbent will lead plans, executes and close projects acting as central link between cross functional teams and stakeholders to deliver objective on time and within budgets .To build and maintain project dashboards for leadership Visibility across teams Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact strategic and operational initiatives across GCS, International Sales, Entertainment Sales, Partnerships, AdTech and allied functions, from initiation to closure.
  • Translate Sales leadership priorities and business objectives into clear strategic frameworks, project charters, scopes, execution plans, timelines, milestones, and measurable success metrics.
  • Act as the strategic execution partner to the Sales Head, ensuring priorities sequencing initiatives, and driving structured, time-bound, and outcome-driven execution across functions.
  • Drive cross-functional execution by aligning Sales, Partnerships, AdTech, PRS, Tech, Analytics, Finance, and Operations teams; manage dependencies and ensure disciplined hand-offs.
  • Track progress against milestones, proactively flagging risks, bottlenecks, and trade-offs, with clearly articulated mitigation plans.
  • Run governance rigor through weekly/monthly reviews, escalations, and leadership-ready updates, enabling fast and informed decision-making.
  • Establish clarity and accountability across teams by defining ownership, deliverables, and timelines upfront.
  • Build and maintain project dashboards, trackers, and performance metrics to support prioritization, optimization, and leadership visibility.

  • Advanced working proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc.
  • Preferred Education & Experience
  • 4- 6 years post MBA experience in Project Management.
